Find CRM activities

Goal

Find open and historical activities in list or calendar mode.

Who it is for

Clerk with crm.view.

Preconditions

• Module crm; crm.view. Without crm.view_all, an activity follows the scope of its lead or deal; an unlinked activity follows its actor.

Steps

1. Open CRM → Engagement → Activities.
2. Use List or Calendar; Due tasks only / calendar filter shows open items with due_at.
3. Filter by party, opportunity, status (Open / Completed / Cancelled), or due range.
4. Open a row to complete, cancel, edit, or delete (crm.manage).
5. Choose New activity to log work.

Result

You can see follow-ups due today and historical outreach.
