Find price lists
Goal
Browse, open, and manage price lists and their line prices.
Who it is for
Clerk with pricing.view; create/edit/delete needs pricing.manage.
Preconditions
- Module pricing_promotions enabled.
- Permission
pricing.view.
Steps
- Open Directory → Products → Price lists.
- Review the table: Code, Name, Currency, Validity, Default, Commerce, Actions.
- Click a Code to open a read-only detail dialog.
- Use Prices on a row to manage item unit prices for that list.
- Choose New price list (
pricing.manage) to create a header. - Use Edit / Delete on a row when you have manage permission.
Result
You can locate a list, maintain its lines, or open create/edit.
The list is a document workspace: queue tabs, search that applies when you choose Apply, and a side preview. Open goes to the full record when that page has one. Settings appears in the page actions when you can view that setup page.
Save view keeps the current tab, filters, figure, columns and sort under a name. Saved views appear after the built-in tabs, are personal to you in this company, and follow you to other browsers. While a saved view is open you can Rename it or Delete view; after you change its filters or columns, Update view stores the change.
