Find return authorizations

Goal

Find, open, and act on return authorizations.

Who it is for

Clerk with return.view (manage for transitions and create).

Preconditions

• Module returns enabled.

Steps

1. Open Operations → Returns & service → Returns / RMA.
2. Scan number, status, warehouse, and reason columns.
3. Open a row for detail and lifecycle actions (approve, receive, inspect, restock, …).
4. Choose New return (return.manage) to create.

Result

You can locate an RMA and continue its lifecycle from the list or detail.
