Edit a promotion

Goal

Update an existing promotion or its coupons.

Who it is for

promotions.manage.

Preconditions

• Promotion exists; module enabled.

Steps

1. From Promotions, choose Edit.
2. Adjust discount, trigger, scope, validity, budget, usage, channels, publish, Active, or Priority.
3. Save.
4. Use Coupons to add/remove codes for coupon-triggered promos.
5. Delete the promotion only when it should no longer exist (prefer deactivating with Active off for temporary pauses).

Result

Future resolves use the updated rule. Usage/spent counters still reflect past consumes.
